There is the theory of the walk and then the reality of the walk. The world seems less bleak and the questions not so pressing right now because so much of the fear is gone. I just walked into the doctor’s office, talked to him, got my prescription and left…and then did Neal Cavuto<\/a>‘s show on Fox. How weird a transition is that? Profoundly weird.<\/p>\n

But the good part? A great conversation with Neal following up on my New York Times<\/a> <\/span>piece from yesterday and on my book<\/a>. I’ll post the transcript later.<\/p>\n

Everything I wrote below still applies — it just doesn’t feel as urgent. In a way. a crisis has passed. But that is only the perception. The reality is all still the same.
