Even when it is removed it leaves a residue.<br \/>\nGod isn&#8217;t that kind of sticky &#8211; at least in my life.<br \/>\nI find it so easy to go from moments of great spiritual intimacy with God to moments where I almost seem to forget about Him. I really hate that. I want to stick to Him. Maybe my point of view is wrong &#8211; maybe I don&#8217;t get it. (Actually, I am sure I don&#8217;t get it but this is just in a whole new way.) Maybe the point is that He is like duct tape; that He does stick to me and that He cannot be removed. Maybe I just need to remember that when I am forgetting. This makes sense to me.
