Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama were once the most collegial of colleagues today’s NYT reports<\/a>. Now? They don’t talk save for trying to look friendly when the camera is trained on them.
\nA big deal? Anything unusual? Of course not.
\nIronic though considering how much talk there has been about “faith pervading” this presidential race. The old line about Christian political activism “turning a potential mission field into a battlefield” comes to mind, however.
