Previously, the office allowed firmware updates to enable network-switching; this week, it added a provision allowing software hacks as well. In other words, iPhone users can now legally download software that will enable their phones to join a non-AT&amp;T (<a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/quote\/quote.html?symb=T&amp;source=story_quote_link\">T<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/magazines\/fortune\/fortune500\/2010\/snapshots\/2756.html?source=story_f500_link\">Fortune 500<\/a>) network.&#8221;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>6. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2010\/07\/25\/world\/europe\/25britain.html?src=me&amp;ref=homepage\"><b>Sarah Lyall<\/b><\/a>,&nbsp;reporting on Britain&#8217;s de-centralization of the National Health Service: &#8220;<span class=\"Apple-style-span\">Practical details of the plan are still sketchy.
