He is commenting on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/doc\/200811\/andrew-sullivan-why-i-blog\">Andrew Sullivan&#8217;s post<\/a> about blogging.Here&#8217;s a good reason to read blogs: <a href=\"http:\/\/brokenstainedglass.typepad.com\/broken_stained_glass\/2008\/10\/brians-rock-dro.html\">JR Briggs and the rock dropper<\/a>.A long piece on reaching into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2008\/10\/19\/magazine\/19Autism-t.html?em\">the world of those with autism<\/a>.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.timkeel.com\/timkeel\/2008\/10\/election-2008-some-perspective.html\">Tim Keel<\/a> tells a good story and I like his approach to the election. Thanks Tim. <a href=\"http:\/\/erika.haub.net\/who-cares\/10\/\">Erika&#8217;s question<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toddhiestand.com\/how-to-start-a-blog\/10\/\">Todd Hiestand<\/a> has some funny comments about the first post of a number of bloggers. <a href=\"http:\/\/communityofjesus.blogspot.com\/2008\/10\/abortion-and-voting.html\">Abortion and voting<\/a>: Ted Gossard weighs in. Eugene Cho speaks <a href=\"http:\/\/eugenecho.wordpress.com\/2008\/10\/23\/stay-at-home-dads-are-safe-from-helli-think\/\">words of wisdom<\/a> on some recent teaching recently calling into question stay at home dads. <a href=\"http:\/\/daddyroblog.blogs.com\/daddyroblog\/2008\/10\/pretty.html\">Rob<\/a> caught a good one. iMonk lists <a href=\"http:\/\/www.internetmonk.com\/archive\/what-i%E2%80%99m-reading-watching-and-listening-to-these-days\">what he&#8217;s reading, listening to and watching<\/a> &#8230; good grief, brother, I&#8217;d need 40 hrs per day to get through that much. (I&#8217;m reading J. Kameron Carter, listening to The Beach Boys &#8212; but only when I commute in the car otherwise I&#8217;m not listening to anything &#8212; and I&#8217;m watching baseball and the news.) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jesustheradicalpastor.com\/phyllis-tickle-time\">John Frye listened to Phyllis Tickle<\/a> and then this picture &#8212; and I swear Phyllis must be shrinking.
