Tyler Smith Has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nba.com\/dleague\/anaheim\/tylersmith_blog.html\">New Post Up<\/a> (pardon the b&#8217;ball pun).<br \/>\n6.Hey, what about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2006\/WORLD\/europe\/12\/30\/old.mom.ap\/index.html\">Sarah<\/a>?<br \/>\n7. Trevin Wax weighs in on &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/trevinwax.wordpress.com\/2007\/01\/05\/why-limited-and-unlimited-atonement-debates-miss-the-point\/\">limited<\/a>&#8221; atonement.<br \/>\n8. This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2007\/POLITICS\/01\/05\/us.iraq\/index.html\">apparent strategy<\/a> of President Bush may be the most significant event of his last two years and it may influence the next election more than anything else.<br \/>\n9. I&#8217;m no scientist, but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2006\/TECH\/science\/12\/29\/canada.arctic.ap\/index.html\">this event<\/a> concerns me &#8212; as does the lack of snow in Chicago this year (not that I&#8217;m aching to shovel more). Anyone know a really good, accessible study on global warming &#8212; pros and cons?<br \/>\n10. If you&#8217;re interested in Bart Ehrman&#8217;s Misquoting Jesus, <a href=\"http:\/\/aboulet.wordpress.com\/\">Art Boulet<\/a> has an ongoing nice response to Ehrman&#8217;s book.<br \/>\n11. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dankimball.com\/vintage_faith\/2006\/12\/from_someone_wh.html\">Dan Kimball<\/a> posts about a new, good, fair review of emerging churches by Bob Whitesel. I&#8217;ve not seen the book. I have a lot of confidence in Dan in this sort of analysis, so I&#8217;m looking forward to seeing the book.<br \/>\nSports:<br \/>\nHow many bowl games are there anyway?<br \/>\nI missed by one on my Bears prediction. My prediction for the playoffs: &#8220;One and done.&#8221; Sorry, but I have to say what I think (not what I hope).
