Wales truly believes in volunteers.&nbsp; That ordinary everyday people are the key to creating something beautiful, lasting and excellent.&nbsp; His plan to change the way we surf the internet began with a simple request, &quot;Help me out&#8230;&quot;&nbsp; I think that transformative ministry is that simple.&nbsp; If more and more churches remove the barriers to doing ministry and get rid of terms like &quot;The Ministry,&quot; we will see that the ordinary everyday person has the capacity to make major kingdom impact.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Wales remarks, &quot;&#8230;people have been lining up, saying, &#8216;I&#8217;ll clean the toilet bowl, let me in here!&#8230;And the caliber of the toilet cleaners is strong.&quot;&nbsp;
