\nThere are a number of techniques that aim specifically at opening this spiritual center, but I believe the most sensible way is to practice a system of meditation that gives one contact with one\u2019s non-local self. That experience activates the basic evolutionary forces within you so that whatever next stage of development is appropriate for you, will naturally unfold. Rather than impose a spiritual agenda on what you want to develop in your life, and when it should happen, trust in your divine intelligence to bring forth exactly the growth you need when you need it. That cosmic intelligence is far wiser than our passing enthusiasms based on stories of beautiful spiritual experiences. This holistic approach also provides the safety of not creating any imbalance or problems by getting yourself into something that you are not ready for.
