Eilers has been thriving despite the possibility of more surgeries and complications down the line. \u201cI won\u2019t stop,\u201d Eilers said. \u201cAnd I\u2019ll always push myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Chiefs are Eilers\u2019 favorite NFL team. Now she quarterbacks her flag football team and has a dream to be the first woman to play in the NFL. For her wish, Eilers wanted to meet her favorite team\u2019s quarterback.
