If you’re feeling defeated, one of the best things to do is to watch a good sports movie. Rocky<\/em>, The Mighty Ducks<\/em>, Hoosiers<\/em>… there are all kinds of films about overcoming obstacles and becoming champions that will revive your spirit.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, I want to share one of my favorite sports movie moments. I remember seeing Facing the Giants<\/em> when it first came out. Some parts I liked, some I didn’t. However, this scene has stuck with me ever since. <\/p>\n

Remember, give life everything you’ve got. There’s no telling how far you’ll go and how much you can do so long as you don’t give up.<\/p>\n
