After 10 long months in the neonatal intensive care unit, Snoop Dogg’s granddaughter is finally home. Cori Broadus, the rapper’s daughter, shared the emotional milestone on Instagram, announcing that her baby girl, Codi, has officially been discharged from the hospital.<\/p>\n

“She’s home,” Broadus wrote alongside a tender photo of mother and daughter resting together. “Thank you for every prayer, every message, every ounce of love. God heard them all.”<\/p>\n
