Candace Cameron Bure has never been shy about sharing how her faith in Christ guides her through every season\u2014and now, she’s opening up about how God shows up in the moments that scare her most.<\/p>\n

The “Full House” and “Great American Family” star recently released a new devotional, 100 Days of Joy and Strength: A Daily Devotional Journey<\/em>, designed to help readers experience God’s presence in daily, practical ways. Speaking to Fox News Digital, Bure shared how she’s seen God work in unexpected ways\u2014especially in the moments when she’s felt afraid, uncertain, or disappointed.<\/p>\n

“I am always amazed because He always shows up, and it’s sometimes in unexpected ways,” Bure said. “Sometimes it’s the way I want Him to show up, and sometimes it’s the way I was hoping He wouldn’t show up, but He did.”<\/p>\n

Over the years, Bure has learned that even when her plans fall apart, God is still present, providing strength to move forward.<\/p>\n

“In the scariest moments, when I’m like, ‘God, I need you with me. I need to feel your presence. Bring me through this,’\u2026 sometimes you want the win at the end, He brings you through, and you’re like, ‘Yes, I did it.’ And sometimes you lose, sometimes you fail, but it’s in those moments that I’ve realized, ‘God, you were with me. You actually helped push me through.'”<\/p>\n

Bure emphasized that pushing through fear, even when the outcome isn’t what she wanted, is itself a testimony of God’s faithfulness.<\/p>\n

“The fact that I actually did it, I pushed through the fear, I had the courage, or I had the stamina to walk another step, that’s because of You,” she said.<\/p>\n

In her latest devotional, Bure invites readers to carve out just a few minutes each day to connect with God, renew their minds with His Word, and remember they are not alone.<\/p>\n

“There’s a reflective story that I’ll tell that’s a personal story, either something that has happened in my life or something that I observed, and then there’s a Bible verse that goes with it,” she explained. “Then there’s a little prayer that you can say, you can read, you can repeat, you can add to it, and that’s it.”<\/p>\n

For Bure, slowing down enough to seek God’s guidance each day has transformed how she approaches her busy life as a wife, mom of three, actress, and author.<\/p>\n

“At the start of my day each and every day, if I don’t ask God what He wants to do with me today, regardless of my plans, then I don’t even know what I may miss, what God has in store for me,” she shared. “If I’m so focused on my intention and my goals, I could miss something so wonderful.”<\/p>\n

She added that when things don’t go according to her plans, she’s learning to see it as God’s rerouting, not simply an interruption.<\/p>\n

“I have my agenda today, and I have my to-do list. I know what I need to do, but can you guide me and tell me what it is that you’ll have me do today?” she prays each morning.<\/p>\n

Bure, who has faced challenges and opportunities in Hollywood while staying true to her faith, says she’s encouraged to see others sharing their faith more openly in a culture that has often pressured people to remain silent.<\/p>\n

“I feel like people are just a little less afraid of being canceled now that they can share their faith openly,” she said. “I love seeing this in our country, and I’m hopeful. I’m very hopeful.”<\/p>\n

For Bure, faith isn’t something she turns to only in the good moments\u2014it’s the anchor that holds her steady when fear, failure, and uncertainty try to take over.
