Country-rap singer Colt Ford recently spoke out for the first time after he was hospitalized following a heart attack three weeks ago after performing in Arizona. In a video shared to his Instagram, Ford, 54, thanked his friends and fans for their support during the difficult time. \u201cI just want to tell you guys, thank y\u2019all for all the prayers, the love, the comments, the messages. I got a long way to go, but I promise you this ol\u2019 country boy will get back. It probably won\u2019t be this year, and I hate I gotta miss all these shows, but I\u2019m coming back,\u201d Ford said in the video. \u201cI\u2019m coming back.\u201d The musician thanked the many people who reached out to him and offered their help along with giving a shoutout to his family and fianc\u00e9e Megan for sticking by his side. \u201cIt\u2019s tough on everybody. You don’t realize that until you get into a situation,\u201d he said. \u201cMake sure you take care of yourself. Things can sneak up on you. But know that I\u2019m coming back. I\u2019m coming back, I promise you. I love y\u2019all.\u201d<\/p>\n
