The 22-year-old mother of two, Sydney Moore, was trapped with her two children, Princeton, 1, and Lord, 4 months, and the father of her children, Aramis Youngblood, in their mobile home in Clarksville, Tennessee. \u201cMy boyfriend said, \u2018It sounds like an airplane,\u201d Moore recalled to a <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/wpde.com\/news\/nation-world\/it-had-to-have-been-god-mother-nearly-loses-2-infant-children-as-tennessee-tornado-violently-lifts-trailer-clarksville-e3-strong-winds-county-damage-assessment-ambulance-gofundme-shelter-food-transportation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">local news station<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. \u201cSomething in me just told me to run and jump on top of my son. The moment I jumped on him, the walls collapsed,\u201d she told\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsmv.com\/2023\/12\/13\/4-month-old-baby-survives-by-grace-god-after-being-picked-up-by-tornado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">WSMV News<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. She covered 1-year-old Princeton with her body and became trapped under a wall. 4-month-old Lord was asleep in the bassinet when the tip of the tornado began to suck him up.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Youngblood sprang into action, attempting to pull his son out of the bassinet. \u201cHe tried to grab him, but he couldn\u2019t, and the tip of the tornado sucked them both up,\u201d said Moore. \u201cHe was just holding on to the bassinet the whole time, and they went into circles.\u201d The entire trailer collapsed on top of Moore and Princeton. Somehow, she was able to dig herself out of the debris along with Princeton and found Youngblood blown outside of the remnants of their home. He sustained a broken collarbone. There was no sign of the Lord. \u201cWe were screaming for each other. I just remember asking, \u2018Where\u2019s my baby!\u2019 And my child\u2019s father said he didn\u2019t know,\u201d said Moore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To the amazement of everyone, after ten minutes of searching, the couple found baby Lord alive in a tree that had fallen over. \u201cI thought he was dead,&#8221; said Moore. \u201cI was pretty sure he was dead, and we weren\u2019t going to find him. But he\u2019s here, and that\u2019s by the grace of God.\u201d Moore had to walk a mile before finding an ambulance for Youngblood and Lord. In a <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/help-to-rebuild-their-life-after-tornado\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">GoFundMe<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0set up for the family by Moore\u2019s sister, Caitlyn, she stated that Lord received minor injuries. \u201cLord had to have his ear glued from a gash on his ear and had a minor concussion. We are told that he looked like he was placed on the tree gently. Like an angel guided him safely to that spot,\u201d she wrote. The couple\u2019s home was completely destroyed, and they lost all their belongings, including necessities such as baby formula and diapers.
