Actress Candace Cameron Bure recently shared an encouraging message for her social media followers dealing with depression, adverse emotions or spiritual warfare, insisting they rebuke the \u201cevil spirits.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an Instagram post, where she was noticeably choked up, Bure said, \u201cSometimes we can get overwhelmed with feelings, feelings that might be loneliness, shame, regret, worry, anxiety, depression and darkness.\u201d She said she used her words to affirm herself, adding, \u201cShe knows someone needs to hear this this morning because I need to hear it.\u201d<\/p>\n

She proclaimed, \u201cYou need to rebuke those spirits. You need to tell them to get out because they don\u2019t have a hold on you. They don\u2019t have a hold on me because I belong to God the Father. So do you!\u201d He\u2019s with you at all times. He goes before you. He stands with you. He goes behind you. He covers you in protection.\u201d<\/p>\n

The candid Christian actress hasn\u2019t shied away from publicly discussing the battles with spiritual attacks that have come her family\u2019s way in the past. Still, Bure told her 5 million Instagram followers to take authority over evil spirits. She said, \u201cTell any evil spirits to get out because they don\u2019t get to have a hold on you. Open the windows and let the light come in. Put on your praise and worship music and fill your room with the Holy Spirit because God changes everything, and He loves you. He\u2019s with you.\u201d<\/p>\n
