After three seasons with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Reece Weaver is stepping away from the iconic squad\u2014and she’s doing so with the same faith that has defined her journey from the beginning.<\/p>\n

Weaver’s departure was featured in the Season 3 finale of America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders<\/em>, where she announced her decision during an emotional meeting with DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell.<\/p>\n

“This is a hard day. But I think I’m going to move on to a new chapter,” Weaver said<\/a>. “I’m really excited about it, but it’s been hard to make that decision.”<\/p>\n

Before the conversation, Weaver prayed with her husband, Will Allman, asking God for wisdom and the right words. For fans who have followed her story, the moment was a fitting reflection of the faith that has guided her throughout her time with the organization.<\/p>\n

When Weaver first earned a spot on the squad in 2023, she publicly gave glory to God rather than focusing on her own accomplishment. Quoting Psalm 37:3-4 on social media, she wrote, “Wherever I go, and whatever I do, may it bring Him glory and shape me into the Reece God has made me to be.”<\/p>\n
