The 25-year-old artist, famous for his hit song \u201cGucci Gang,\u201d recently survived a terrifying car crash in Florida\u2014a moment that not only shook him but also sent him running back to his faith.<\/p>\n<p>The accident happened on August 9 while Lil Pump was driving in the rain. His SUV lost control, rolled over, and was left completely totaled. Photos and video he posted online show the vehicle flipped onto its side, its windshield smashed in and its front bumper ripped off. For a few moments, the rapper thought his life might be over.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGuys I almost lost my life four days ago,\u201d he shared with his 13 million followers on Instagram. \u201cGOD is real!! Do not drive in the rain. Health is wealth. I had to kick down the window to get out. If not, I was dead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lil Pump credits his quick action\u2014and God\u2019s protection\u2014for making it out alive. He explained that the crash came so suddenly that the only way out was to break the window himself. The fact that he was able to escape with his life is something he sees as a miracle.<\/p>\n<p>The accident happened just days before his 25th birthday on August 17. Instead of throwing the kind of wild party fans might expect, Lil Pump made a different choice. He went to church for the first time in six years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI gotta get closer to God,\u201d he later admitted. \u201cI felt disconnected &amp; empty day by day.
