Trust me, I\u2019ve seen plenty of tattoos I personally would never get. And those differences make this world so much more interesting! So no need to comment any negativity.&#8221; She continued, &#8220;Just know that I absolutely LOVE it, and it\u2019s extremely refreshing for me to see all the garbage, drunken tattoos I had scribbled all over my leg that I got before I became sober, be covered by sleekness and simplicity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Von D has been very vocal about her faith journey over the years. When opening up about her recent baptism, Von D said, \u201cBaptism was a public demonstration of where I stand with my faith and basically letting people know that I\u2019m not ashamed. And so that\u2019s why I really wanted to share it with people\u2026Baptism is so beautiful and it\u2019s such a big landmark in time. For me, at least, it was one of the most important days of my life.\u201d The former tattoo artist opened up about how she came to Christianity in an episode of the &#8220;Relatable&#8221; podcast with Allie Beth Stuckey, where she and her husband had a realization. \u201cI kind of\u2026give [my husband] the credit,\u201d she\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZLfIjbOXgY0\">said<\/a>. \u201cI came downstairs and he just said, \u2018Hey, babe, I think we got it wrong. I think we got a lot of things wrong.\u2019\u201d They started reading articles and watching videos, reevaluating their religious choices, which included witchcraft at the time. \u201cI started just kind of reevaluating, kind of going down the list of what I\u2019m doing with my life and what my perspectives are,\u201d Von D explained. \u201cA friend had sent me a sermon from Pastor Jack Hibbs, and I loved it.
