Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders is reminding his followers to forgive others. He posted on Instagram, \u201cCheck your heart, not the consistency of the beat, but your heart. Do you show compassion, give second chances, and forgive and live without reminding folks of their wrongs? If you don\u2019t, that\u2019s what I need you to do because that\u2019s what God has done for you. Let\u2019s go!\u201d<\/p>\n

Sanders frequently posts encouraging and motivational content on social media. In a recent video, he discussed the importance of rejecting negativity. The coach started, \u201cAs I was concluding my workout, God gave me this for you. Why do you continuously give negativity a microphone? Why do you give it a stage? Why do you give it admiration and adulation? Why do you give it a voice? Why do you give it a room with a comfortable mattress and a pillow, with nice sheets and blankets? Why do you allow negativity to have a say so in your life?\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cWhat about positivity? Barely has a hammock or a cot to lay in. He\u2019s been there all along. And he needs you. He needs you to feed it, to workout with it, to increase the strength thereof. Because right now, your negativity is strong. It\u2019s like Superman. It\u2019s like the Incredible Hulk. But your positivity is weak. Stop feeding your negativity and feed your positivity.\u201d<\/p>\n
