If you’re like me, you know the best thing you can do is take something you already love, and add three simple things: a colon, and the two words “The Musical.” For instance: “Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Musical.” “Night of the Living Dead: The Musical.” See how it works?But today, thanks to those pop culture gurus over at EW<\/a>, I discovered this production from the University of Michigan which is phenomenal because the lyrics and music are in and of themselves brilliant, the performances are great and tongue-in-cheek, and because the audience–you can tell–is utterly enjoying themselves.
