Actor Donnie Wahlberg recently shared words of support from the Bible via social media to those struggling with anxiety. The audio over Wahlberg\u2019s Instagram video said, \u201cThere is one phrase in the Bible that\u2019s repeated 365 times. Do you know what it is? \u2018Do not be afraid!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

He wrote in the caption, \u201cTo whoever is struggling with fear today, I know a 15-second reel may not change your life. I also know it\u2019s not easy to live without fear, worry, or anxiety.\u201d The actor explained that overcoming anxiety has been \u201csomething that I\u2019ve worked on, and continue to work on, every single day since I was an anxiety-riddled little kid.\u201d<\/p>\n
