He tweeted, \u201cThe Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me to still waters.\u201d These words from Psalm 23:1-2 are compelling, reminding believers of God\u2019s fundamental love for humanity and guidance.<\/p>\n<p>The Lord guides humanity toward peace and meets our needs, even when life isn\u2019t going our way or feels chaotic. We can lean into God and trust His will, regardless of our circumstances. Pratt also wrote, \u201cImagine being led to a still body of water and seeing your reflection, the face of one in want of nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The imagery here is formidable, illustrates biblical truth and coincides with Pratt\u2019s previous faith statements. It\u2019s no secret that the \u201cGuardian of the Galaxy\u201d star has often been a topic of media discussion due to his Christian views. The actor has openly discussed God but hasn\u2019t always been as open about the heat and critiques he often takes due to his biblical beliefs and proclamations.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The Lord is my shephard. At a Cinema Society screening for \u201cGuardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3\u201d earlier this year,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/guardians-galaxy-star-chris-pratt-says-being-criticized-faith-nothing-new?intcmp=tw_fnc\">Pratt reportedly\u00a0<\/a>told Page Six the criticisms he faces over his faith aren\u2019t new. He said, \u201cThat\u2019s nothing new, that\u2019s nothing new, you know. If I were of this world, they would love me just like that, but, as it is, I\u2019ve chosen out of this world.
