When Duane Chapman, star of \u201cDog the Bounty Hunter,\u201d looks back on his life, he can see God\u2019s fingerprints all over it, from the devastating losses to the victories.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy journey has built faith,\u201d the 69-year-old reality star told The Christian Post. \u201cI\u2019ve been through some terrible stuff, but it builds faith when you can look back and tell other people, \u2018Look, I\u2019ve been there, done that. Here\u2019s what you do.\u2019 And then they do it. I love sharing my testimony, so others don\u2019t have to go through it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chapman, who starred in the popular A&E series until it ended in 2012, credits this faith for sustaining him through the 2009 death of his 23-year-old daughter, Barbara Katy, and 10 years later, the loss of his wife, Beth, who died after a lengthy cancer battle. \u201cWith all of that, I was very depressed; I was sad,\u201d the father-of-13 shared. \u201cAfter Beth died, I\u2019d see these other couples and think, \u2018Well, she\u2019s up there partying with Jesus, and I\u2019m down here bawling every day.\u2019\u201d So Chapman started praying, and he felt God gently\u00a0remind him\u00a0that \u201cit isn\u2019t good for man to be alone.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI started praying for a wife,\u201d he said. \u201cI said, \u2018Alright, God, bring me a Christian; I want a girl who knows the Holy Ghost and can speak in tongues.\u2019 And God brought her right to me.\u201d In September 2020, Chapman married Francie, a rancher, who lost her late husband, Bob, following his death from cancer just months before Beth passed away.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was God-ordained,\u201d Chapman said of the union. \u201cFrancie, I love her so much. She\u2019s a very, very good Christian girl.\u201d Fueled by the belief that God is good and everything happens for a reason, Chapman proudly shares his faith at every opportunity. In April, he performed \u201cAmazing Grace\u201d while dressed as an armadillo on \u201cThe Masked Singer,\u201d a move he said was meant to declare, \u201cI stand for God.\u201d<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time Chapman has used his platform to share his faith. \u201cA&E allowed me to say at the end of a prayer, \u2018In Jesus\u2019 name, amen,\u2019 he said. Surprisingly, he\u2019s found that Hollywood is receptive to his beliefs.<\/p>\n

Still, Chapman stressed that \u201csin is abounding\u201d like never before, yet, God\u2019s Spirit is alive and moving tremendously. He expressed the belief that society is living in the End Times, pointing to biblical prophecy as evidence.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have been through many generations, but this is the first time that you can see that we\u2019ve begun the End Times when you look through Scripture,\u201d he said. \u201cThe Bible says, at the End Times, \u2018I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and daughters shall prophesy (Acts 2:17). And there are so many young kids where it\u2019s just incredible. They\u2019re experiencing the pouring out of God\u2019s Spirit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chapman also cited recent archeological discoveries, such as the remains of\u00a0Sodom and Gomorrah, to the\u00a0recent uncovering\u00a0of a boat-like formation matching the biblical description of Noah\u2019s Ark. Now, Chapman and his new bride are on a mission to share that Good News with the world. The duo recently relocated to Naples, Florida, where Francie Chapman and ministry leader Katie Souza plan to launch a center for girls and women who have escaped the sex industry, abuse, or other issues.<\/p>\n

Together, they travel the country, sharing their story of faith and resilience. Chapman said he and his wife recently shared their testimony at an event where 20 men dedicated their lives to Christ.
