The holidays are approaching and while many of us are accustomed to doing some serious shopping the day after Thanksgiving, this year\u2019s Black Friday is going to look a lot different from previous year.<\/p>\n

40% of Americans are expected to spend less during the 2020 holiday season, compared to the 2019 season, and 79% of merchants are not likely to offer greater discounts then what was offered last year. There will be less in-person shopping due to the pandemic and unfortunately the discounts will be lower, but that doesn\u2019t mean there\u2019s no hope of running into a good shopping deal.<\/p>\n

WalletHub recently released its report on 2020\u2019s Best Things to Buy on Black Friday<\/a> to help Black Friday shoppers get the best deals on electronics, clothes, toys, etc. They compared pre- and actual Black Friday prices for a broad selection of items to help isolate which offers would truly be worth fighting crowds for on Black Friday.<\/p>\n

For example, an Intel Core gaming laptop<\/a> was number one of the top 10 best deals for Black Friday. The pre-Black Friday price was $1,919 and the Black Friday price after the discount would be $1,399, saving customers over $500.<\/p>\n
