\"Bullying_F\u00edsico\"<\/a>Celebrities have reached out to a young boy who has been bullied by his classmates. Keaton Jones is a young boy from Knoxville, Tennessee and has been dealing with terrible bullying. His classmates mock him, call him \u201cugly,\u201d make fun of his nose and say he has no friends. According to Keaton, at lunch the bullies \u201cpoured milk on [him] and put ham down the back of [his] clothes.\u201d Keaton\u2019s mother took a video of his tearful confession and shared it on Twitter. The video went viral and has since amassed more than 18 million views and inspired messages of support from several celebrities.<\/p>\n

Bernard Blake, the former Green Bay Packers quarterback, reached out to Keaton and told him in a video to \u201cnever be ashamed of who you are. God made you the way that He made you and God designed you the way He designed you for a reason. You are very special and very unique to this world, and don\u2019t let anybody take that from you.\u201d \u201cPitch Perfect\u201d actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld also recorded a video message for Keaton and posted it on Twitter. \u201cI think you are amazing, and what makes you so special is that there is only one you,\u201d Steinfeld said. \u201cI would love for you, Keaton Jones, to be my date to the \u2018Pitch Perfect 3\u2019 premier on Tuesday.\u201d<\/p>\n

Singer Justin Bieber also spoke out in support of Keaton. Beiber\u2019s video message on Instagram told his fans about Keaton and Keaton\u2019s strength. \u201cThe fact that [Keaton] still has the sympathy and compassion for other people when he\u2019s going through it himself is a testament to who he is,\u201d Bieber said. \u201cThis kid is all-time. He\u2019s a legend. Go check him out. His name\u2019s Keaton.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bieber\u2019s message references the fact that in the viral video, Keaton is not just talking about his own personal situation. He has seen other classmates bullied and wants it to stop. \u201cI don\u2019t like that [the bullies] do it to me,\u201d Keaton said in the video, \u201cand I for sure don\u2019t like that they do it to other people, \u2018cause it\u2019s not okay. People that are different don\u2019t need to be criticized about it, \u2018cause it\u2019s not their fault.\u201d<\/p>\n

Keaton also used the video his mom filmed to spread a message of strength to other victims of bullying. Even as tears roll down his face, Keaton tried to support others who were suffering at school. \u201cIf you are made fun of, don\u2019t let it bother you,\u201d Keaton said. \u201cStay strong, I guess. It\u2019s hard, but it\u2019ll probably get better one day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chris Evans, perhaps best known for his role as Captain America in the Avengers series and the Captain America movies, reached out to Keaton to confirm that the bullying would eventually get better. Evans said in a Tweet, \u201cStay strong, Keaton. Don\u2019t let them make you turn cold. I promise it gets better. While those punks at your school are deciding what kind of people they want to be in this world, how would you and your mom like to come to the Avengers premiere in LA next year?\u201d<\/p>\n

Keaton\u2019s viral video is only a little over a minute long, but it has touched the hearts of millions. One can only hope that the hundreds of thousands of thoughts and prayers reach Keaton and that the outpouring of support for him helps him stand strong and stay kind despite the struggles he is facing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
