I typed \u2028Good morning to you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There are three of us in this group text. My other friend and I laugh and text back. We all agree that \u201cGod\u2019s morning,\u201d sounds better to us and will become our internal greeting. <\/p>\n<p>The next day as we await our other friend we chat more about \u201cGod\u2019s morning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt sounds like an Irish greeting,\u201d I say. \u201cGod\u2019s morning to ya!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaybe the phrase \u201cgood morning\u201d has it\u2019s origin in God to begin with,\u201d says my friend. <\/p>\n<p>This leads me to google the phrase which brings me to a bit of research by \u2018etymologists.\u2019 They are individuals that study the true meaning and value \/ origin of words.<\/p>\n<p>It seems my friend is correct. <\/p>\n<p>Dating back to the earliest of literature, it is agreed by some etymologists that the phrases \u201cGood Morning,\u201d \u201cGood Afternoon,\u201d etc. have their origin in God. If I were to brand my writing, I would say I write of LOVE. That is the core from which I begin most stories. I find myself drawn to dig for the moments in the story that are the passion that drive the message. It may be the love of what originally started a business or an authentically motivated personal profile, or simply the love of a subject being investigated which compels me to write. My forever favorite form of writing is the human interest essay or what I call, \u201cAn Interview With Life.\u201d The average day that is explored and somehow once again instills in us a joie de vivre\u2026..a joy of life.
