I love bedikat chametz. It may be the ritual my non-Jewish husband is most comfortable participating in (though he also builds a mean sukkah.) Tonight he hid the pizza crust and gave the girls clues to help them find all the ones that they couldn&#8217;t see (mostly because they were 2 feet above their heads.) Oh, and after that I sold him all my chametz.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s my husband&#8217;s birthday on Sunday, poor guy, so we celebrated early. I bought him a carrot cake at the coop and a home-beer-brewing kit, which my family-of-origin chipped in on. When he called everyone to say thank you, he enjoyed describing to them that I gave him the gift and promptly made him put it in the basement until after Passover.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m so tired I don&#8217;t make sense anymore.<br \/>\nChag Sameyach V&#8217;chasher.
