\"Jodi<\/a>Do you believe that you live in a loving world?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do you believe that you are surrounded by loving people?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do you believe that you deserve to receive love?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do you believe that you are worthy of giving love?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do you believe that you are made from pure love?<\/em><\/p>\n

If so, I\u2019m so excited for you! I would guess that your world is vast and ever expanding and filled with so much goodness.<\/p>\n

If not, I would love to invite you to open up to the possibility of each of these beliefs being true. I would love for you to imagine how different your life would be if you took these beliefs into your heart and allowed them to radiate throughout your entire being.<\/p>\n

Even if you don\u2019t believe that any of them are true, I still would invite you to try an experiment. (I have a skeptical mind, and I often like to \u201ctest\u201d theories and gather evidence to see if they are true. If you\u2019re that way, too, this experiment will be tons of fun for you!)<\/p>\n

So here\u2019s how it will work:<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you wake up tomorrow \u2013 before you even open your eyes \u2013 take a few deep breaths. And then take a few more. And imagine a loving white light flowing from the skies and into your body \u2013 swirling throughout it and healing all hurts and releasing all pain. Imagine that this loving white light is connected to the universe, to you, and to everyone else. Imagine that at the same time this light is flowing into your body, it\u2019s also flowing into everyone\u2019s \u2013 healing you and healing them, helping each of you get back to your loving essence. Take a few more deep breaths while still envisioning this loving while light flowing throughout your body and everyone\u2019s bodies. And when you\u2019re ready, open your eyes and start your day.<\/p>\n

As your day progresses, imagine that each person that you encounter is still filled with this loving light, just as you are.<\/strong> Imagine that rather than connecting with your words or through your minds, you are connecting from a much deeper level \u2013 from your hearts and from your souls.<\/p>\n

Trust that if anything is said that doesn\u2019t feel genuine or loving, that it is most likely a communication issue that can be remedied. Trust that every person offers love at their core, and that is where you are choosing to meet them in this world \u2013 on this day \u2013 at this moment.<\/p>\n

If you begin to feel undeserving of this outpouring of love, you can go back to your meditation and remember how amazing it feels to be filled with this loving light. You can remember that this is your innate state \u2013 that this pure love is YOU.<\/p>\n

Continue seeing others through this loving lens for several days in a row.<\/strong> Write down your experiences. See how you are changing.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s my hope that your heart will open during this experiment.<\/strong> It\u2019s my hope that you\u2019ll automatically attract others who are also choosing love. It\u2019s my hope that you will choose to live in this love-filled space \u2013 knowing that you are so deserving of it.<\/p>\n

Give it a try! You have absolutely nothing to lose and absolutely everything to gain.<\/strong> Because honestly, what could be better than a life filled with overflowing love?<\/p>\n
