I believe that we have the power to create our best life.<\/p>\n

I believe that, at our core, we are pure love.<\/p>\n

I believe that my thoughts become my reality.<\/p>\n

I believe that I am not my thoughts \u2013 but rather the observer of them.<\/p>\n

I believe that it\u2019s essential to find balance and simply be present for my life.<\/p>\n

I believe that this world that I live in is a loving world, and I find evidence of that each and every day.<\/p>\n

I believe that showing up authentically and vulnerably gives others permission to do the same.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that I am energetically and lovingly connected with every single person on the planet.<\/p>\n

I believe that I am never alone \u2013 that there is an entire support team on the other side that is constantly looking out for me.<\/p>\n

I believe that when I\u2019m connected to my soul\u2019s purpose, life flows easily and effortlessly.<\/p>\n

I believe that it\u2019s okay for me to lose my footing now and then. It just makes it that much sweeter when I find it again.<\/p>\n

I believe that crying is a natural part of living \u2013 I cry because I\u2019m happy, and I cry because I\u2019m sad. It\u2019s a lovely expression of emotion.<\/p>\n

I believe that my sensitivity is a strength \u2013 it allows me to empathize and truly feel at such a deep level.<\/p>\n

I believe that hugs are essential and so, so powerful.<\/p>\n

I believe that moods come and go and are part of the natural rhythm of life \u2013 there is no need to judge them or attach to them. Just allow them to flow on by.<\/p>\n

I believe that forgiveness holds the key to emotional freedom.<\/p>\n

I believe that calling exercise \u201cjoyful movement\u201d is a wonderful way to reframe it and enjoy it.<\/p>\n

I believe that the soul and the ego are in partnership rather than opposition. I believe that the spirit and the body are meant to work together in loving, playful ways to completely enjoy this human experience.<\/p>\n

I believe that we truly can change the world \u2013 one decision, one action, one person at a time.<\/p>\n

I believe that we are far more powerful that we ever realize. This power within us is connected to the universe, whose power is infinite.<\/p>\n

I believe that we are here with a unique mission \u2013 to share our message of love in the special way that only we are able to. And it\u2019s up to us to step up and do exactly that.<\/p>\n
