\"i<\/a>Did you know that you could do or not do anything for the rest of your life, and it wouldn’t make a difference for determining your inherent value, how much you’re loved, how much you matter? Did you know that you’re already enough?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Did you know that all of the pushing isn\u2019t necessary? You\u2019re already enough.<\/p>\n

Did you know that all of the comparing yourself to others that you’ve been doing doesn\u2019t matter? You\u2019re already enough.<\/p>\n

Did you know that your \u201cenoughness\u201d has absolutely nothing to do with your degrees or your job description or how big your house is or what kind of car you drive or how much money you have in your bank account or how perfect your kids are or how often you volunteer or how expertly you can cook. Your \u201cenoughness\u201d isn\u2019t contingent upon anything external. Your \u201cenoughness\u201d doesn\u2019t change over time. Your \u201cenoughness\u201d has everything to do with your being, your essence, who you are in the inside, who you have always been.<\/p>\n

There is nothing that you have to live up to or strive to get to or push through to realize. It\u2019s always there. It\u2019s always been in you. It\u2019s you. And you\u2019ve always been enough.<\/p>\n

Seriously. Truly.<\/p>\n

So please remember this the next time you compare, push, or try to keep up. You\u2019re already enough. And everything you do or don\u2019t do is extra.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Isn\u2019t that wonderful to realize?<\/p>\n

Please take this deep into your heart. Please don\u2019t just read the words and move onto something else. Please take a few moments and sit with them. Feel them. And let them move through you.<\/p>\n
