All of us as men and women contain the essential ingredients and expression of what is essentially male and female, yin and yang. These bi-polar opposites reveal themselves in multiple ways and are often layered beneath many hidden gateways and aspects of ourselves we may be hiding due to shame or guilt. Our cultural conditioning goes deep into our core.<\/p>\n

The goal of initiating each polarity within ourselves, is to gain its balance, full expression and embodiment. This journey is important for both genders.<\/p>\n

It is told in folklore that one may symbolically<\/em> enter the very womb of the Goddess. Entering into such a union is a metaphor for the rebirthing of our personal lives as well as our greater society. It is an energetic contract.<\/p>\n

Practice:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Continue this practice every day for 14 days continuously, preferably under the starlit night sky, and starting the initiation on a Full\u00a0Moon.<\/p>\n

Sacred Feminine Meditation\/ Initiation<\/p>\n

1. Place your left palm over your heart and your right palm over your stomach.
\n2. Breathe\u00a0love<\/strong> and light<\/strong> deeply into your body.
\n3. Breathe out doubts<\/strong> and thoughts of limitation<\/strong>.
\n4. Find a clear and still<\/strong> place to reside, deep within your being.
\n5. Hear a whisper in your left ear – “Here is the love you are searching for.”<\/em>
\n6. Hear a whisper in your right ear –\u00a0“Be love, Feel freedom.”<\/em>
\n7. Feel mother Earth (Gaia) supporting you fully in body, mind and spirit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Thank the Divine Mother for allowing you this blessing.<\/p>\n
