Hi David<\/p>\n

I hope this finds you well!<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0<\/strong>I’m 44. No children. Independent, employed and healing some atrocious physical, psychic and emotional wounds. I’m finally dreaming again. They mostly turn into nightmares. This is atypical for me.<\/p>\n

My friends think I’m the mature one. They come to me for perspective. I spend a lot of my professional life talking people out of trees.<\/p>\n

I’m stuck. I’ve survived, but I’ve forgotten how to thrive.<\/p>\n

And as my final demographics, I live in the most depressed state in the nation; (we made international news this year when an industrial accident poisoned the drinking water of 300,000 people) and I’m an atheist, who believes in higher power.<\/p>\n

How does one arrange an individual consult?<\/p>\n

I am sorry to hear about everything sent your way. It definitely sounds like healing and support could do a lot of good for you.<\/p>\n

Nightmares are just a way the sub-conscious expresses itself. I would encourage you not to panic, take things slowly. Often things get much worse, before they get better. So don’t lose hope\/ give up.<\/p>\n

It takes courage to reach out and say “you’re stuck.” Often we feel the most stuck just before we break through to the other side. Breathe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Careful what you think. See if it is possible to shift your inner talk.<\/p>\n

When a car is stuck in the mud or sand. It just takes the right lever to get the car unstuck. Yet when you’re in the mud, it feels like you’ll be there forever. You won’t. It just takes a small shift.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

An atheist who believes in a higher power? It depends how you define atheist. Ultimately we’re all in this world together despite our definitions, religions, dogma, opinions, beliefs, all the same.\u00a0It matters more to me, how you relate to the world, and your behaviour. Everyone is having a spiritual experience whether they’re aware of it or not.<\/p>\n

It’s all a journey, and we’re all ultimately one soul<\/strong>, so I hope you know that you’re part of something very grand.<\/div>\n

It’s something to celebrate. Releasing layers of karma and drama is actually easier than you think.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
