The storm is here, and its called coronavirus. Many of us are challenged by the events unfolding. There are so many messages out there. I am sure I am not the only person confused.<\/p>\n

Everyone is here to learn and share and many pathways are valid. Judgement and fear and selfishness are toxic human vices that afflict us – amongst other traits. There are some helpful philosophies out there, yet important to avoid low vibrational activities and spaces in order to raise our vibration. Often dogma infiltrates even the holiest of places.<\/p>\n

Simplify. Observe. Deepen. Cultivating mindfulness will bring you home.<\/p>\n

Th\u00edch Nhat Hanh<\/em> writes in True Love, ‘To love, in the context of Buddhism, is above all to be there<\/em>.’\u00a0Perhaps I could paraphrase and say to love is to be HERE. This is the essence of “Krishna consciousness” or as the renowned teacher Ram Dass taught – “To Be Here Now.”<\/p>\n

My message is simple today. We are not separate.<\/p>\n

Despite the energy of fear and anxiety, we can use this time to raise the frequency of the planet into love and above. It is a time for contemplation, kindness and compassion. It is a time to raise our individual and collective frequencies.<\/p>\n

Be here now. The storm will pass. It always has.<\/p>\n

Be love.<\/p>\n
