Just a gentle reminder to listen to your heart and be kind to the beautiful oasis of love that shines from within.<\/p>\n

Inner harmony is about your relationship to yourself. All human beings alive in the modern world face a cacophony of stimuli vying for our attention. It is important we learn to tune ourselves and focus within by practising self-love.<\/p>\n

Start to develop a relationship by speaking to your heart. She says, “now is the time to be me. It’s safe to be me.”<\/em><\/p>\n

The image of the\u00a0Heart shows a nebula that lies 7,500 light-years away from Earth, and is located in the Perseus Arm of the Galaxy in the constellation Cassiopeia. The red colour is due to radiation that emanates from a cluster of stars near the\u00a0nebula’s center. A heart wave that spreads across the galaxy, perhaps pointing to our divine origin?<\/p>\n
