According to Byron Katie – “Thoughts have no power over us until we believe them.”\u00a0<\/em>
\nIs that true?<\/p>\n

For me, it is one of the most important elements in inner transformation. It is a key in understanding life. If you believe you are stupid, then you will find evidence that you are stupid.<\/p>\n

That’s why Henry Ford famously observed – \u201cWhether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So either way, your thoughts are crucial and the beliefs that are formulated.<\/p>\n

Many powerful people have used their minds for creation, and it’s something we are all doing whether choosing our thoughts consciously or without conscious awareness.<\/p>\n

What will you believe about yourself today, tomorrow, and beyond? The future is made from the quality of your thoughts in the present moment.<\/p>\n

How can we define “belief?”<\/p>\n

A dictionary definition:<\/p>\n

belief – an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists<\/em>
\n \u2022 something one accepts as true or real; a firmly held opinion or conviction.<\/em><\/p>\n

It seems\u00a0that beliefs lend weight to thoughts. Thoughts alone are very powerful, but when we believe in them, then they become intractable truths in our lives.<\/p>\n
