Do you see unconditional love, beauty, connection, affection? Is it part of you or are you separate from it?<\/p>\n

What do you see within you?<\/p>\n

Idea of separation.
\nFear of separation (separation-anxiety).
\nPast trauma and fear it will be repeated.
\nOld history and stories and beliefs about the world.
\nLimited identity.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Is this who you are?<\/p>\n

Individual consciousness, mind.
\nIdeas.
\nSpreading illusion.
\nSelf-concept.
\nAnger.
\nDisappointment.
\nHatred of self.
\nHatred of others.
\nInsecurity.
\nMasks.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

All stories. We think (many thoughts). Are thoughts real?<\/p>\n

All play.<\/p>\n

All actors playing roles.<\/p>\n

We’re actually ONE composite entity, and this entity is love.<\/p>\n

Pretending to be something is painful.<\/p>\n

This is your TRUE SELF:<\/p>\n

Limitless.
\nConnection to all.
\nThe flower of life.
\nUnity of every part.
\nEvery part reflecting each other.
\nMagnified love.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n

We play and have played many roles, victim-perpetrator, brother-sister, mother, father, warmonger-peacemaker.\u00a0Many notes in the symphony we are. We are the music and the musician. We are all that we are. I AM THAT I AM. And so it is. The mirror is love.<\/p>\n

Relax. Breathe in, breathe out. Release.
