Life is an opportunity.\u00a0 Every moment contains within it exactly what you need to grow and thrive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Being physically healthy is such a vital part of living a successful life.\u00a0 What about your mental and emotional health?\u00a0 How much does your mental and emotional health contribute to your physical and financial health?<\/span><\/p>\n

To have a positive attitude is to be optimistic about yourself and life.\u00a0 You expect good things, good situations and good opportunities.\u00a0 You remain positive and optimistic in the face of negative appearances.\u00a0 You are strong mentally and emotionally.<\/span><\/p>\n

Optimists smile frequently and pessimists frown.\u00a0 Optimistic people look at problems as temporary setbacks and create solutions.\u00a0 Pessimistic people look at problems as permanent and do not think they can do anything to change them – so they usually don’t.\u00a0 They complain a lot.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a big difference between reacting and responding to life, situations and circumstances.\u00a0 An optimist looks at challenges and responds creatively where a pessimist looks at challenges and reacts and tends to be a victim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Optimists see challenges, problems and difficulties as opportunities for growth, creativity and success.\u00a0 They have a healthy attitude and know every adversity contains within it the seed of an equal of greater benefit.<\/span><\/p>\n

An optimist stays cool, calm and collected in the face of challenges.\u00a0 They see clearly what is happening and make better decisions and create solutions.\u00a0 An optimist is more healthy because they are less stressed about life and situations.\u00a0 Optimists also have more energy and a higher vibration because they take things more lightly than pessimists. (Hint: en<\/span>light<\/em>enment)<\/span>
