A negative thought instantly drops all energy and health to your cells in your body like a lead balloon.\u00a0 A positive thought expands your cells and adds energy and vitality to your health and body.\u00a0 It makes you feel like you are flying.

\nHave you noticed the impact you make when you\u00a0say something negative? \u00a0Once you say it, you can never take it back.\u00a0 It is better to remain silent than be negative.\u00a0 Every thing can be said in an appropriate way without having to be negative.\u00a0 When you are teaching others, a little acknowledgement goes a long way.\u00a0 So does encouragement.<\/span><\/p>\n
