I stopped reading the newspapers or watching the news almost thirty years ago because it is the same old negative drama that repeats day after day for sensationalism by the news companies and tv, radio, etc.  <\/span>I focus on what is positive in life.  <\/span>Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a news program that only reports all of the positive and amazing good things that are happening?  <\/span>I still find out about important current events and spare myself so my negativity.  <\/span>I stopped watching most television and movies that are full of violence, evil and abusiveness.  <\/span>Why keep acknowledging this negative information so that our subconscious keeps repeating it?  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

What happens when you feed your mind, body and spirit with healthy and uplifting energy and nourishment?  <\/span>What happens when you eat mostly organic fruits, vegetables and juices and cut back on sugar, processed foods and heavy meats?  <\/span>Do you know what Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, Paramahansa Yogananda, Saint Francis of Assisi, Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, Pythagoras, Leonardo Da Vinci, Sir Issac Newton, Voltaire, Henry David Thoreau, George Bernard Shaw, Emerson, Benjamin Franklin, Charles Darwin, Thomas Edison, Mark Twain, Dr. Albert Schweitzer, Henry Ford, Paul McCartney and George Harrison have in common?
They are all vegetarians. <\/span><\/p>\n

What happens when you properly exercise the body consistently?  <\/span>What happens when you meditate and spend time in nature?  <\/span>What happens when you live and work in a healthy and balanced environment?  <\/span>What happens when you surround yourself with wonderful, caring and conscious people?  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Life and success leave clues and it is time to wake up and live a conscious and enlightened life.<\/span><\/p>\n
