Divine Restoration \u2013 \u201cOpen Your Mind to Prosperity\u201d by<\/em> Catherine Ponder:<\/p>\n

When you feel in control of desolate circumstances you are able to gain the blessings from them \u2013 so those challenges no longer control you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those desolate years can be restored when you realize the great truth pointed out by Emerson in his essay Compensation<\/em>, where he states that for everything you lose, you gain something.\u00a0 Remembering this, you can invoke the Law of Divine Restoration.\u00a0 Stop dwelling on apparent losses in your life and start looking for the growth and gain that came through them.\u00a0 For every loss there has been a gain, so drop the loss and take the gain!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When the thought of apparent loss seems to haunt you, instead of accepting it as loss, say to yourself: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTHIS WAS NOT LOSS.\u00a0 THIS WAS GAIN.\u00a0 I NOW DROP THE LOSS AND TAKE THE GAIN<\/strong>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Another way to restore those \u201cyears of the locusts\u201d is by reminding yourself God can give you so much in the present moment that it fills the emptiness of the past<\/em>.\u00a0 This is a wonderful form of divine restoration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Decrees of Divine Restoration and Divine Fulfillment are among the fastest working prayers in the universe!<\/span><\/b>\u00a0 <\/span><\/em>Why?\u00a0 Because the universe is flowing with abundant good for all mankind.\u00a0 In fact, the universe has no higher function than to manifest its goodness for and through man, its highest creation.\u00a0 When you hold to the thought of \u201cgain,\u201d \u201crestoration,\u201d or \u201cfulfillment,\u201d you become a channel through which the universe is able to pour forth its abundant gain.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the trend of the soul is always upward and onward, periods of apparent loss can actually be times of gathering spiritual and mental forces together to go forward again.\u00a0 Sometimes when it seems you are going backward, it is because you are gathering your forces to go forward!\u00a0 Those seemingly \u201cbackward experiences\u201d give you depth, insight and understanding you might never gain from the easier paths of life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Everything in the universe is designed for your growth and highest good.<\/span><\/p>\n
