The way you feed, exercise and care for your mind and body determines your level of health and function.\u00a0 With the proper nutrients and support, your body responds by normalizing and healing itself.<\/span><\/p>\n

The key is to follow good and healthy patterns more than you follow destructive patterns.<\/span>\u00a0 You have to give you body the opportunity to do its natural, healing functions.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you overwhelm the body with stress and toxins then your body is so busy dealing with what you keep putting in it, that your body is unable to properly process, detoxify, heal and revitalize.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you wonder if something is good for you and your body, just notice how you feel after you eat it.<\/span>\u00a0 When<\/span> it increases your energy and makes you feel good, this is a hint.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is the same in other areas.\u00a0 Notice how you feel around different people.<\/span>\u00a0 Notice how you feel in your home, work, office ,etc.\u00a0 <\/span>When<\/span> you feel good and it increases your energy and well being, this is a hint.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you feel bad or that your energy is being depleted, this is an important hint.<\/span>\u00a0 Your feelings are in your body, not in your head so do not concern yourself too much with your thoughts.\u00a0 Focus on how you feel in your body.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are here to uplift, inspire and empower yourself and others.<\/span>\u00a0 Many people have fallen victim to negative patterns and influences.<\/span>\u00a0 As soon as you notice it, you can make a new choice.<\/span>\u00a0 Remember, you are responsible and can do whatever you want for your best.<\/span><\/p>\n

Substitute healthy patterns for negative patterns.<\/span>\u00a0 Let go of negative people, relationships, situations and circumstances and replace them with positive expressions.\u00a0 Discover your optimal place and expression each moment.<\/span><\/p>\n
