Being physically healthy is such a vital part of living a successful life.<\/span>\u00a0 Don\u2019t you agree?<\/span>\u00a0 What about your mental and emotional health?<\/span>\u00a0 How much does your mental and emotional health contribute to your physical and financial health?<\/span><\/p>\n

To have a positive attitude you must be optimistic about yourself and life.<\/span>\u00a0 You expect good things, good situations and good opportunities.<\/span>\u00a0 You remain positive and optimistic in the face of negative appearances.<\/span>\u00a0 You are strong mentally and emotionally.

\nOptimists smile frequently and pessimists frown.\u00a0 <\/span>Optimistic people look at problems as temporary setbacks and look to create solutions.<\/span>\u00a0 Pessimistic people look at problems as permanent and do not think they can do anything to change them.\u00a0 They complain a lot.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a big difference in reacting vs. responding to life, situations and circumstances.<\/span>\u00a0 An optimist looks at challenges and responds creativity where as a pessimist looks a challenges and complains, reacts and tends to be a victim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Optimists see challenges, problems and difficulties as opportunities for growth, creativity and success.\u00a0 <\/span>They have a healthy attitude and know that every adversity contains within it the seed of an equal of greater benefit!<\/span><\/p>\n

An optimist stays cool, calm and collected in the face of challenges.<\/span>\u00a0 They see clearly what is happening and make better decisions and create solutions.<\/span>\u00a0 An optimist is more healthy because they are less stressed about life and situations.<\/span>\u00a0 An optimist also has more energy and a higher vibration because they take things more lightly than pessimists.<\/span><\/p>\n
