It is easy to let situations, circumstances, relationships and things in life get you down.
\nOur culture tends to become attached to “things” and to worry about the future or even live in the past.
\nBy keeping things light and staying in the present moment,
\nyou are much more likely to be healthy, happy\u00a0and successful.<\/p>\n

Whenever you notice that you are taking life too seriously, let go.
\nYou might as well, because you will never get out of it alive!<\/p>\n

Observe\u00a0the people around you who are the most joyous, healthy, happy and successful.
\nYou will also notice that they keep it light and do not tend to worry.
\nAfter all, why worry because it will probably never happen.
\nLess than 6% of all of your fears ever happen, so give it up and let go.<\/p>\n

The more present you are, the more aware you are and the less you think or worry.
\nIt is a powerful, healthy and resourceful place to be.
\nThat is why the present is a gift.<\/p>\n
