The present moment is yours to create.<\/p>\nWhatever your past experiences were, it is a blessing. It is also over and done with.
It helped you grow and brought you to this moment and place in your life.<\/p>\n
If you choose to live in the past and play your past experiences over and over, you will miss the wonderful opportunity of the present moment.<\/p>\n
When you replay a memory from the past, you are actually recreating that experience and feeling right now. If it is a negative memory, than you are self-inflicting additional pain and hurt again each time you go back to the past. How does this improve your life? What would happen if you stopped doing this?<\/p>\n
By living in the moment and being present, you can create your life the way your truly want it to be.
You can focus your attention and energy on the way you want to be right now.
You are ready and here to respond to life and its opportunities.<\/p>\n
Be aware that there is a big difference between thinking about how you want your life to be and actually creating the feeling and total experience of that right now in your life. Make sure to fully associate yourself with how you want your life to be. How would you be feeling, what would you be saying to yourself, what specifically would it look like….. <\/p>\n
As this lifetime is the only one that you have, use it wisely.
Create the most wonderful masterpiece possible.<\/p>\n
