Someone\u00a0 once said to me that success isn’t everything and I think I know what they\u00a0 really meant.
\nI believe they really meant that money isn’t everything, and I\u00a0 certainly agree with that.
\nBut I do believe that success IS everything.<\/p>\n

First, you need to succeed to survive<\/em>.\u00a0 We must take the seasons and learn how to use them with the seed, the soil and the rain of opportunity to learn how to sustain ourselves and our family.\u00a0 But\u00a0 then second is to then succeed to flourish in every part of your life.<\/p>\n

Good\u00a0 question to ask mature people: “If you could do better, should you?”\u00a0 And I think almost everybody would answer the question in the affirmative.\u00a0 If\u00a0 you could improve your health, shouldn’t you do that?\u00a0 If you can learn more,\u00a0 shouldn’t you do that?\u00a0 If you could earn more and share more, shouldn’t you do\u00a0 that?\u00a0 If you can improve your relationships and spirituality, shouldn’t you do\u00a0 that?<\/p>\n

I think that is what success is really all about.\u00a0 It is not just a\u00a0 destination that is set for everybody to try and go for. It is like Zig\u00a0 Ziglar<\/a> said, “improving in every area of your life to see if you can’t\u00a0 say with satisfaction at the end of the day, week, month and year, ‘I have made\u00a0 excellent progress this year, for myself, for my family, for my business, my\u00a0 career and my health.'”\u00a0 I think that kind of success everybody recognizes\u00a0 is legitimate and something we should all strive for.<\/p>\n

Interesting\u00a0 phrase in the Bible that says strive for perfection\u2014not that we can ever reach\u00a0 it.\u00a0 But it is in the striving, to be a little bit better today than yesterday,\u00a0 in our speech, our language, our health, everything we can possibility think\u00a0 of.<\/p>\n

So\u00a0 yes, in my opinion, Success Is Everything!<\/p>\n
