\nLife is quite simple when we live from our heart.
\nHave you noticed that it is difficult, if not impossible to have a relationship with someone in your head?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All relationships requires love, care and encouragement to grow and thrive.
\nTrue communication requires being present and active listening.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We all need nurturing.
\nWe are like the beautiful flowers in nature’s garden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nA friend shared the following quote with me and I feel it is quite profound.
\nWhat a wonderful perspective.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“We are not responding to this instant if we are judging any aspect of it.
\nThe ego looks for what to criticize.
\nThis always involves comparing with the past.
\nBut love looks upon the world peacefully and accepts.
\nThe ego searches for shortcomings and weaknesses.
\nLove watches for any sign of strength.
\nIts sees how far each one has come and not how far he has to go.
\nHow simple it is to love, and exhausting it is always to find fault,
\nfor every time we see a fault we think something needs to be done about it.
\nLove knows that nothing is ever needed but more love.
\nIt is what we all do with our hearts that affects others most deeply.
\nIt is not the movements of our body or the words within our mind that transmits love.
\nWe love from heart to heart.”<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
