\nLast week I found out that an old friend, Suzie\u00a0was killed in a fire in Northern California.<\/span>
\nShe was a fun spirit, had a great attitude and love of life and freedom.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Suzie raised three fine young men and taught them to live.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The following quote is from her son, Kaya, I am not sure of the author but the message is powerful.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To cherish knowledge is to know WISDOM.
\nTo know LOVE is to know peace. You must love yourself in order to love another.
\nTo honor all of the Creation is to have RESPECT.
\nBRAVERY is to face the foe with integrity.
\nHONESTY in facing a situation is to be brave.
\nHUMILITY is to think things through carefully and to know your place.
\nTRUTH is to know all of these things.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Life is a gift.\u00a0 None of us knows how much time we have.
\nThat is why it is so important to make the time count…. to make this moment count.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Any excuse to let yourself slide takes you away from your greatest good and higher purpose.
\nFear, worry, concern, doubt are all varying aspects of negative and wasted energy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It requires the same amount of energy to be positive as it does to be negative><\/span>
\n The difference in outcomes is hugs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Regardless of the circumstances take appropriate action and make a difference.<\/span>
\n You can always respond in a positive, creative way to any situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

You are here to actualize your infinite potential and to live your dreams.<\/span>
\n You are here to heal, delight, inspire and empower others.<\/span><\/p>\n

To do so you must first believe that you can.<\/span>
\n Let go of any limiting beliefs and go forward.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the belief system you need to accomplish your dream or desired outcome?<\/span>
\n Fill your mind and energy with this focus.<\/span>
\n Nothing or “no thing” can hold you back unless you let it.<\/span><\/p>\n
