As the year 2010 comes to an end over the holidays, people are busy and often caught up in the drama and hustle of the holidays.   <\/span>People want to create new goals for the upcoming year and get away from the challenges or even pain of last year’s outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

First, before something new can be created, you must let go of the past…..let go of the old.  <\/span>Otherwise, there is no room to create something new.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

How can you go from one trapeze to the other, if you do not let go of the trapeze you are holding on to?  <\/span>Life is the same; it requires letting go and a bold leap of faith toward a new trapeze.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

You must let go of all belief systems, thoughts, words, feelings and behaviors of the old pattern.  <\/span>You must consistently keep letting go if any of the old pattern comes up.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Keep your focus on the present moment, on what is happening in front of you.  <\/span>Keep your thoughts, words and actions on what you want to create now.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

It is a new moment.  <\/span>The present and the future do not equal the past…. <\/span>Unless you choose to keep bringing the past into the present and re-create it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Let it go…. Erase those tapes…. Start a completely new file.<\/span><\/p>\n

Create a brand new story and movie script.<\/span><\/p>\n
