Words are powerful: once you say something out loud, it cannot be taken back.
\nChoose your words with care and awareness.
\nYour words can inspire, encourage, heal and prosper or they can devastate yourself or another person.
\nChoose with discernment, because the subconscious doesn’t take a joke….it takes everything in.<\/span><\/p>\n

Many of us have inherited negative patterns, beliefs and values from our upbringing or from our own choices.\u00a0 By using affirmations and repeating them consistently over 21 days<\/strong>, you create a new pattern or belief system.\u00a0 When using affirmations, they have to resonate with you.\u00a0\u00a0Your words and pictures have to create a strong image and feeling for you.\u00a0<\/strong> When you combine the words of an affirmation, with your strong feelings and pictures, you create\u00a0a very powerful dynamic force – a new reality and experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Napoleon Hill, in his book “Think and Grow Rich<\/em>“<\/span> talks about the power of autosuggestion.\u00a0 Tony Robbins also talks about the power of “incantations<\/em>” and credits a lot of his success to reprogramming his brain, belief systems and actions through words linked to powerful states and physiologies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
