“What thing about humanity surprises you the most?”<\/font><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Dalai Lama’s answer was as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Man<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.<\/font><\/span>
<\/span>Then he sacrifices his money to recuperate his health.<\/font><\/span>
<\/span>Then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present,
and as a result he does not live in the present or the future.<\/font><\/span>
<\/span>He lives as if he’s never going to die, and then he dies having never really lived.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

The most valuable gift that God gives us along with his unconditional love is our health.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Our health, well being and vitality empowers us to fully live and actualize our divine potential.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Being healthy in all aspects of life, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

allows us to function at our highest and most creative levels and make our greatest contributions.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

May you be blessed this Thanksgiving with a renewed spirit, purpose, attitude and health.<\/p>\n
